This website, pioneerpowersports.com, is run by MSA Powersports Inc., doing business as Pioneer Powersports (“Pioneer”, “we”, “us”), 2470 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
What you give us. When you place an order, request a trade-in value, ask about financing, send us a message, chat with us, or create an account, we collect what you enter: your name, address, email address, phone number, details about the unit you want or are trading in, and anything you write to us. If you place an order we also collect billing and shipping information. We may ask for identification, such as a driver’s license, to complete a sale, verify a purchase or process titling paperwork. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processors, such as PayPal; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
What we collect automatically. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site you came from. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used.
From partners. If you apply for financing through a lender linked from our site, the lender collects and handles your application under its own privacy policy. We may be told whether you applied or were approved.

Calls, texts and email
If you submit a form or start a chat and give us your phone number, we may call or email you about your request. We will text you only if you tick the optional text-message box on our forms or otherwise tell us we may. Texts may be sent with automated technology. Consent to texting is not required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by contacting us below. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
AI chat assistant
Our website chat may be answered by an automated AI assistant. It will say so in the chat. Please do not type payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information into the chat. We keep chat transcripts, and we use AI service providers to generate replies, so what you type is sent to them to produce an answer. Our team may read transcripts to answer you and improve the service. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, financing partners you choose to apply with, website hosting and email providers, analytics and advertising providers, and service providers who help us operate our website and communicate with you. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in a sale or transfer of the business.
