Orders are usually processed within 48-72 hours after your payment is receive. Order receive on weekends and holiday will be normally processed on the next 3-4 business days. All orders will be require to complete a phone verification before can be ship. Order with Fully Assemble and Ride Test Package will require additional processing time and can be vary under different condition such as weather, mechanical etc. during holiday season, due to EXTREMELY HIGH VVOLUME, IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME TO TO PROCESS ORDERS, IT IS RECOMMENED TO ORDER EALRY BEFORE HOLIDAY SEASON TO AVOID THE RUSH.
SHIPPING INFORMATION VERIFICATION
For placing order by credit card, your shipping address has to be verified if it is different to your billing address. We will ask you to fill out an authorization form and signed. Your order may be delayed to ship until we receive your signed
For merchandise less than 120lbs/box, it will be shipped by UPS Ground & Express, FedEx Ground & Express or USPS Priority services.
ADDITIONAL SURCHAGE FOR HIGH COST AREAS
For shipment Free shipping on qualify areas (area that are out of the coverage or either at high cost area or require special service are subject to additional surcharge, usually this happen less then 1% of the entire united states)

REQUEST CANCEL AFTER ORDER SHIP OUT
You may cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once the item has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled (cancellation request must be give 2 business day prior to shipment for processing, if shipment has been schedule, it may not eligible to be cancel). If the customer insist on canceling the order after it has been shipped or refuse the package, the customer will be charged for RETURN shipping and a 20-35% Restocking Fee depending on the condition of the item.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept COD or collect freight packages, all returns must be shipped prepaid. Credit Card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
